Reservation Terms意向金条款

Version 2026-10-15

Please read these terms carefully before paying a MaixStation reservation fee. They apply to every reservation fee paid at sipeed.com/maixstation and to the use of every voucher code. By ticking the box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. "We" and "us" mean Sipeed; "you" means the person paying the reservation fee.

1. Definitions

  1. 1.1Reservation fee: each payment made on that page, USD 30, or CNY 200 when paid with WeChat Pay.
  2. 1.2Voucher code: the code issued for each reservation fee.
  3. 1.3Registered email: the email address you verified with a one-time code when paying. Each voucher code belongs to its registered email.
  4. 1.4Campaign: the MaixStation crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. "Launch" means the moment the campaign starts accepting pledges.
  5. 1.5Business day: any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

2. Nature of the reservation fee

  1. 2.1The reservation fee secures a discount on the Campaign. It is not an order or a purchase contract.
  2. 2.2Each reservation fee gives one voucher code. For more machines, pay more than once.
  3. 2.3Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  4. 2.4Reservations close before the Campaign launches. The closing time is announced on the page.

3. The discount

  1. 3.1Each voucher code is worth USD 100 off one MaixStation, returned as set out in section 5.
  2. 3.2Each machine can use only one voucher code. Codes cannot be combined.

4. Conditions

  1. 4.1You must back the Campaign within 48 hours of launch, using a Kickstarter account whose email is exactly your registered email.
  2. 4.2In particular, to use a voucher code you only need to back the Campaign at launch with the same email, then send us the code in a Kickstarter message after your MaixStation arrives. We do not accept privaterelay.appleid.com addresses (created by "Sign in with Apple"). If your Kickstarter account uses one, change it to your registered email before you back.
  3. 4.3The number of voucher codes you can use is capped at the number of machines you back with your registered email within 48 hours of launch.

5. Returning the discount

  1. 5.115 business days or more after you receive your MaixStation, send your voucher codes to Sipeed in a Kickstarter message.
  2. 5.2Once we have checked them, we redeem the codes and refund USD 100 per machine to your Kickstarter payment method as a partial refund.
  3. 5.3A redeemed voucher code's reservation fee is not refundable.

6. Refunds

  1. 6.1In the following cases we refund the reservation fee to the original payment method after the first 48 hours of the Campaign, without you having to ask:
    (1) you did not back the Campaign with your registered email within 48 hours of launch;
    (2) you hold more voucher codes than the cap in 4.3, for the codes above the cap.
  2. 6.2Before the Campaign launches, you can ask for a refund by replying to your confirmation email or writing to support@sipeed.com. We refund within 7 business days of receiving your request.
  3. 6.3If you cancel your Kickstarter pledge before delivery, you can ask for the reservation fee back.
  4. 6.4"Original payment method" means PayPal payments go back to the same PayPal account and WeChat Pay payments to the same WeChat account, for the amount you actually paid.
  5. 6.5Once a reservation fee is refunded, its voucher code is void and the discount is gone. It cannot be used on any later pledge.

7. Changes to these terms

  1. 7.1We may update these terms. If we do, we will email everyone who has paid a reservation fee.
  2. 7.2If you do not accept the updated terms, you can ask for a full refund of your reservation fee before the Campaign launches.

第一条　定义

  1. 1.1意向金：你通过上述页面预缴的款项，每笔 30 美元；使用微信支付的，每笔 200 元人民币。
  2. 1.2F 码：每笔意向金对应生成的一个优惠码。
  3. 1.3绑定邮箱：你预缴意向金时通过验证码验证的邮箱地址。F 码与绑定邮箱一一对应。
  4. 1.4众筹：MaixStation 在 Kickstarter 平台发起的众筹项目。「上线」指该项目开始接受支持的时刻。
  5. 1.5工作日：周六、周日及法定节假日以外的日期。

第二条　意向金的性质

  1. 2.1意向金用于取得众筹优惠资格，不构成订单或购买合同。
  2. 2.2每笔意向金对应 1 个 F 码。需要多台的，可多次预缴。
  3. 2.3F 码不可兑换现金，不可转让。
  4. 2.4意向金在众筹上线前停止预缴，截止时间以页面公告为准。

第三条　优惠内容

  1. 3.1每个 F 码可抵扣 1 台 MaixStation 的 100 美元，按第五条约定的方式返还。
  2. 3.2每台设备仅可使用 1 个 F 码，不可叠加。

第四条　使用条件

  1. 4.1你须使用与绑定邮箱完全一致的 Kickstarter 账号，在众筹上线后 48 小时内完成支持。
  2. 4.2特别地，使用 F 码抵扣时，你只需在众筹上线时用同一邮箱下单，收货后再私信 F 码即可。我们不接受 privaterelay.appleid.com 邮箱（使用「通过 Apple 登录」时生成的隐藏邮箱）。你的 Kickstarter 账号使用此类邮箱的，须在支持前将其修改为绑定邮箱。
  3. 4.3可使用的 F 码数量，以你在众筹上线后 48 小时内以绑定邮箱支持的设备台数为上限。

第五条　优惠返还

  1. 5.1你收到 MaixStation 满 15 个工作日后，可在 Kickstarter 私信 Sipeed 并提供 F 码。
  2. 5.2我们核对无误后核销该 F 码，并通过 Kickstarter 原支付渠道，以部分退款的方式每台返还 100 美元。
  3. 5.3F 码核销后，对应的意向金不予退还。

第六条　退款

  1. 6.1有下列情形之一的，我们在众筹上线 48 小时后将相应意向金原路退还，你无需申请：
    （1）未在众筹上线后 48 小时内以绑定邮箱完成支持；
    （2）F 码数量超过第 4.3 条上限，超出的部分。
  2. 6.2众筹上线前，你可回复意向金确认邮件或发送邮件至 support@sipeed.com 申请退款。我们在收到申请后 7 个工作日内原路退还。
  3. 6.3你在收货前取消 Kickstarter 支持的，可申请退还相应意向金。
  4. 6.4原路退还指：通过 PayPal 支付的退回原 PayPal 账户，通过微信支付的退回原微信账户，金额为你实际支付的金额。
  5. 6.5意向金退还后，对应 F 码立即作废，优惠资格同时取消。此后再支持众筹的，不得恢复使用。

第七条　条款变更

  1. 7.1我们可能更新本条款。更新后，我们会通过邮件通知已预缴意向金的用户。
  2. 7.2你不同意更新后条款的，可在众筹上线前申请全额退还意向金。
